|Ordering Online: It’s easy! All you have to do is click onto ‘Shop Now’ and browse the pictures of the categories – click on the ones you want and start shopping! When you see something you like, click on the “Add to cart” button. This puts the product in your Shopping Cart. You can keep an eye on your running total on the top part of the screen. You can put as many products as you like in your Shopping Cart. When you are finished, just click on “Go to Cart”, fill in the required information, and in no time we’ll enrich your life with The Wolf’s Den Pet Products. Delivery of items is subject to availability, and The Wolf’s Den Pet Products cannot accept responsibility or liability for any item it is not able to supply for any reason – we will offer you the closest alternative at which stage you can accept or ask for a refund.
Pricing: All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars. Prices quoted in our website include GST. Product prices on the product pages do not include freight prices. A separate email is sent to you after you have placed the order requesting payment for this. Postage costs is based on the weight of the products you have ordered and the address they are being sent to. These are at cost only and are often below cost, if you do not want to accept the postage costs and advise us of this a full refund will be given.
Payments: The The Wolf’s Den Pet Products online shop accepts PayPal payments online only. Postage can be paid for through Paypal or Direct Debit.

Email us with your order, contact and delivery details and we’ll be able to organise a proforma invoice that you’ll be allowed to pay by direct debit on-line.

Shopping at the The Wolf’s Den Pet Products should be an enjoyable experience. Therefore, The Wolf’s Den Pet Products places enormous importance on ensuring your information is safe. Your credit card details are not actually seen by The Wolfs Den and are handled by PayPal only.
Postage costs are NOT included with your order, as there is a huge variety and combination / destination options available it is fairer to you for me to work out these costs based on what you order and the destination they are being sent to. I will contact you with the postage costs at which point you can accept the postage costs or cancel the order with no fees applied. Pickup is available from Branxton NSW via appointment only.
Products will be delivered throughout Australia via Australia Post or courier – whatever is the cheapest I can find. If you can get it cheaper yourself I am happy to have you arrange pickup.
Orders within Australia will be sent within 2 – 4 working days from the time you have paid your postage, unless you are notified otherwise (some remote locations may take up to 10 working days to deliver).
During peak trading times you may experience a slight delay, in which case your order will be sent within 6–10 working days.
Please contact us if your order does not arrive within 2-3 weeks.
Postage and Handling Charges
All prices are in Australian dollars and include Australian GST.
All shipping prices are worked out on weight and volume and destination. You will be contacted with this cost once the order is placed or if you are concerned contact us for a quote pre purchase.
We accept no liability for any loss incurred due to non-delivery of standard Australia Post items.
Orders for standard stocked items can be cancelled up to point of dispatch, but not after goods are in transit. Specially made items such as coats cannot be refunded once the making process has commenced.
Should you refuse to pay for postage costs then after three weeks of continual contact on our behalf the order will be refunded and a $10 restocking fee will apply. If at the time of placing the order you wish to cancel after receiving the postal costs then no restocking fee will apply once you respond within a week of our email regarding postal costs.
We hope that you love everything you order from the The Wolf’s Den Pet Products. However, should any products prove to be faulty or damaged we will happily refund or exchange these items for you. If the product is not defective and simply unwanted, we will not accept any returns. All products must be returned as “New products” and cannot be altered or used in any way for a refund to occur.
This must be done within 7 days on receipt of your order.
Refund and Exchanges
To organise a refund for faulty or damaged products please contact customer service on firstname.lastname@example.org and they will provide you with a way to return your item. A full refund will be made via your original payment method as soon as we receive the products back as long as they are in new and unused condition.
Or should you wish to receive a replacement item instead, please let us know when you let us know about the faulty or damaged goods, and we will ship it out to you as soon as we received the original product back in new undamaged condition.
Goods must be re-packed carefully for return and the package must include a letter identifying your invoice, name, contact information as well as why the goods are being returned.
