Hours of Business: We are a very small team of one and I only process orders when we are in the office, which is usually Tuesday – Thursday, the rest of the time I am selling at dog shows/events or driving to and from them (see Events page for where we are).

Postage: is now automatically calculated up to 6kg, over that you will be contacted with postage costs.

We use the cheapest method of delivery – for the majority that is Australia post. If you wish to arrange your own courier then that is not a problem and we can pack your parcel ready for pickup – just let us know in the notes that this is what you want to do, we will refund the postage. Please note that the only courier company who picks up in our area is Aramax.

For over 6kg – We will send you a separate email & a PayPal request / direct deposit details when we process your orders, we usually do this when we are in the office usually Tuesday – Thursday each week.

Handmade Products: Coats, collars and crate mats are hand made and take up to 14 days to make, so please allow time for this and then postage time on top of that.
