As of 1/10/2021 we are trialling a new automatic postage system for orders up to 6kg. We will trial this until the end of 2021 to work out any glitches.

Orders over 6kg you will be contacted by us once the order has been placed (usually between Tues & Thurs when we are home) with the postage costs. You will then be asked to pay this either by direct deposit or by credit card through Paypal. We do not accept over the phone payments as it is against Commonwealth bank policy.

All our orders are generally sent by Australia post as it is the cheapest most effective way to get your products to you. You have the option of choosing normal post or Express post. During these Covid times of extremely high volume within Australia post we recommend you use Express post as normal post is experiencing delays.

Couriers are not really affective for us – there is only one courier company that picks up in our area – Aramex (formally known as Fastway) and as our products are normally lightweight but bulky and courier systems are worked out of cubic weight rather than actual weight they are usually not cost effective. Occasionally it does work out cheaper than normal post and in that case we will use the courier option for you.
