When you see something you like, click on the “Add to cart” button. This puts the product in your Shopping Cart. You can keep an eye on your running total on the top part of the screen. You can put as many products as you like in your Shopping Cart.
When you are finished, just click on “Go to Cart”, fill in the required information, and in no time we’ll enrich your life with The Wolf’s Den Pet Products.
Delivery of items is subject to availability, and The Wolf’s Den Pet Products cannot accept responsibility or liability for any item it is not able to supply for any reason – we will offer you the closest alternative at which stage you can accept, ask for another alternative or ask for a refund.
Pricing: All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars. Prices quoted in our website include GST. Product prices on the product pages includes freight up to 6kg, if your order exceeds this weight you will be contacted with a shipping quote. Postage costs is based on the actual weight (and cubic weight) of the products you have ordered and the address they are being sent to. These are at cost only and are often below cost once you include packaging time and fuel to get to the post office.
Payments: The Wolf’s Den Pet Products online shop accepts PayPal payments online only. Postage can be paid for through Paypal or Direct Debit. Don’t own a credit card or PayPal account? Email us with your order, contact and delivery details and we’ll be able to organise the order for you that you’ll be allowed to pay by direct debit on-line. MAKE SURE YOU PUT YOUR ORDER NUMBER IN THE REFERENCE SECTION so we know it’s your order.
Security: Shopping at the The Wolf’s Den Pet Products should be an enjoyable experience. Therefore, The Wolf’s Den Pet Products places enormous importance on ensuring your information is safe. Your credit card details are not actually seen by The Wolfs Den and are handled by PayPal only.
Shipping: Please note that it is the buyer’s responsibility to input the correct delivery address and no responsibility will be taken for deliveries sent to the wrong address if the incorrect address has been supplied on your order. This is not the address on the paypal information but the address YOU input into your order.
Pickup is available from Branxton, NSW via appointment only.
Products will be delivered throughout Australia via Australia Post or courier – whatever is the cheapest I can find – 99% of the time it is Auspost due to the bulkiness of Vetbed making courier costs prohibitive as they are all worked out by cubic kg not actual weight. If you can get it cheaper yourself I am happy to have you arrange pickup and I will have the product ready to go.
Orders within Australia will be posted within 1 – 3 working days from the time you have placed your unless it is an item that has to be made – collars, coats, crate mats. During peak trading times you may experience a slight delay, in which case your order will be sent within 4–6 working days. Please contact us if your order does not arrive within the time frame on the tracking number provided.
Postage and Handling Charges: All prices are in Australian dollars and include Australian GST. All shipping prices are worked out on weight and volume and destination. You will be contacted with this cost once the order is placed or if you are concerned contact us for a quote pre purchase. We accept no liability for any loss incurred due to non-delivery of standard Australia Post items.
Cancellations: Orders for standard stocked items can be cancelled up to point of dispatch, but not after goods are in transit obviously. Specially made items such as coats cannot be refunded once the making process has commenced.
Returns Policy: We hope that you love everything you order from the The Wolf’s Den Pet Products. However, should any products prove to be faulty or damaged we will happily refund or exchange these items for you. If the product is not defective and simply unwanted, we will not accept any returns. Clearnace items cannot be returned. All products must be returned as “New products” and cannot be altered or used in any way for a refund to occur. This must be done within 7 days on receipt of your order.
Refund and Exchanges: To organise a refund for faulty or damaged products please contact customer service on firstname.lastname@example.org and they will provide you with a way to return your item. A full refund will be made via your original payment method as soon as we receive the products back as long as they are in new and unused condition. Or should you wish to receive a replacement item instead, please let us know when you let us know about the faulty or damaged goods, and we will ship it out to you as soon as we received the original product back in new undamaged condition. Goods must be re-packed carefully for return and the package must include a letter identifying your order number, name, contact information as well as why the goods are being returned.
