Curb Link Chain Collar

If your order is over 6kg, postage will be calculated AFTER the order has been placed and paid for, we will base it on the best price for your address and the volume / weight ordered. You will be sent an email and a PayPal request with the amount when we are in the office which is usually Tues – Thurs each week.

Curb Link chains please measure your dog’s neck, and the widest part of their head to ensure proper fit. If your dog is in between sizes please go up a size! Check collar fit when using on growing dogs to maintain proper fit.

Fitting the dog collar:

It should be the size of the dog’s head plus 2-5cm.
If your choke chain goes over your dog’s head a little snug that is alright because most breeds of dog have a larger head than neck.
To put the choke chain on right drop the chain through either ring and make the letter P of the alphabet.
Looking at the letter P you have made slip it over your dogs head while they are standing on your left
With your dog on your left hand side if you pull on the leash and release – the choke chain should also release the tension on the dogs neck

The chains come in 6 thicknesses – 1.35mm (similar to the old jewellers link), 1.6mm (medium), 2mm, 2.5mm, 3mm and 4mm (very heavy – 80cm only)

These are available in four colours (Chrome, Gold, Rose Gold, Anthracite) with the exception of the larger 2.5mm, 3mm & 4mm chains which are Chrome only.
Note: Anthracite is a gun metal grey that appears black on black dogs and brown on brown dogs

Please note: to store your colour chains (Rose Gold, Gold & Anthracite) – store in a ziplock bag with Baby Powder, this will help stop the colour plating from rubbing off
